"Standing here, the tranquility of the mountains brings me a sense of peace. But when I close my eyes, I can imagine the hardships the Red Army endured fighting in these rugged mountains."

7月5日上午，世界政党媒体负责人研修班一行登上娄山关。来自巴林海湾日报的新闻副总编纳德尔·阿德南（Nader Adnan）站在诗词碑前，远眺连绵群山，发出这样的感慨。

On the morning of July 5, participants in the Seminar on Media Cooperation among World Political Parties visited Loushan Pass. Standing before the monument inscribed with Mao Zedong's poem and gazing across the mountain ranges, Nader Adnan, Deputy News Editor of Gulf Daily News of Bahrain, shared these reflections.

娄山关位于遵义市北部大娄山山脉主峰，海拔1576米，素有“黔北第一险要”之称。1935年2月，中央红军二渡赤水后回师攻占桐梓、夺取娄山关，取得了长征以来最大的一次胜利。战斗结束后，伟大领袖毛泽东登上娄山关，写下“雄关漫道真如铁，而今迈步从头越”的著名诗句。

Located in the main range of the Dalou Mountains north of Zunyi, Loushan Pass stands 1,576 meters above sea level and is known as the most strategic pass in northern Guizhou. In February 1935, after crossing the Chishui River for the second time, the Central Red Army recaptured Tongzi and seized Loushan Pass, securing its biggest victory since the start of the Long March.

对于来自海湾地区的阿德南而言，娄山关的险峻与葱郁让他感到陌生又新奇。巴林是波斯湾西南部的岛国，年平均降水量仅约70毫米，地貌以低平沙漠为主。而贵州则是中国山地公园省，森林覆盖率超过63%，年均降水量超过1100毫米。

For Adnan, who comes from the Gulf region, the steep mountains and lush greenery of Loushan Pass were both unfamiliar and fascinating. Bahrain, an island nation in the southwestern Persian Gulf, receives only about 70 millimeters of rainfall a year, while Guizhou is one of China's most mountainous and forested provinces, with forest coverage exceeding 63 percent.

从干旱的沙漠来到湿润的群山之间，阿德南坦言这种反差让他对这片土地有了更深的认知。“在巴林，我们很少见到这样的山、这样的绿，”他说，登上娄山关让他意识到，这里的险要不仅是地理意义上的，更承载着一段厚重的历史。

The contrast between the arid desert and the verdant mountains gave him a deeper understanding of the region. "We rarely see mountains or so much greenery in Bahrain," he said. Loushan Pass is significant not only because of its geography, but also because of the history it carries.

阿德南谈到，娄山关之行给了他一个重要的启示：“每一代人都有自己的长征”。在他看来，长征代表了一种跨越时空的精神力量。“红军当年用坚韧和信念走完了两万五千里的路，今天的我们虽然身处不同的时代、不同的国家，但生活中同样会遇到各种各样的困难。只要永不放弃、克服万难，总有一天会等到胜利。”

Adnan said the visit left him with one important realization: "Every generation has its own Long March." In his view, the Long March represents a spirit that transcends time. "The Red Army completed the Long March with perseverance and conviction. Today, although we live in different countries and different times, we all face challenges in life. If we never give up and keep moving forward, victory will eventually come."

巴林和中国虽然远隔万里，但两国之间的合作与交流正在不断深化。2024年5月，中巴两国建立全面战略伙伴关系。中国已连续多年成为巴林第一大进口来源国，是巴林第三大贸易伙伴。2025年5月，中方宣布对巴林试行单方面免签政策，两国人员往来与多领域交流合作更加便利。2026年，第二届中阿峰会也将在华举办。

Although Bahrain and China are thousands of miles apart, cooperation and exchanges between the two countries continue to deepen. In May 2024, the two countries established a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. China has remained Bahrain's largest source of imports for years and its third-largest trading partner. In May 2025, China introduced a unilateral visa-free policy for Bahraini citizens, making people-to-people exchanges and cooperation across various fields more convenient. The second China-Arab States Summit will also be held in China in 2026.

在阿德南看来，两国之间的合作不仅体现在经贸层面，更体现在共同发展的信念上。中国的发展历程让他看到，一个国家的崛起从来不是一蹴而就的，而是一代又一代人前赴后继、接续奋斗的结果。

In Adnan's view, cooperation between Bahrain and China extends beyond trade. It is also built on a shared commitment to development. China's development, he said, demonstrates that a nation's rise is never achieved overnight, but through the dedication and perseverance of generations.

从波斯湾畔到黔北雄关，阿德南用脚步丈量了一段他不曾经历却为之动容的岁月。站在娄山关上回望，他读懂了“雄关漫道”的厚重。正如他所说：“有些路，走过了才知道它的分量。”

From the shores of the Persian Gulf to the historic Loushan Pass in northern Guizhou, Adnan retraced a chapter of history he had never experienced, yet deeply appreciated. Looking back from the pass, he gained a deeper understanding of the spirit embodied in the famous verse. As he put it, "Only after walking a road do you truly understand its weight."
